【文章摘要】 本文主要是对于系统性思维系列课程的概述和介绍,本文将通过三个方面来进行阐述:1.为什么要学习系统性思维?2.什么是系统性思维?(系统性思维定义以及系统的定义)3. 系列课程的介绍。 【作者简介】 梁颖目前是网龙网络公司的高级体验设计师,主要负责公司设计培训和教育类产品的体验设计。研究生毕业于美国硅谷的加州艺术学院(CCA)交互设计专业,本科毕业于浙江大学工业设计系,曾在华为担任车机交互设计师及产品经理,涉及的其他产品平台包括手机、平板、智能电视机。她有丰富的交互设计理论知识,曾经在美国出版”Systematic Modeling”(系统性模型)一书。尤其擅长交互设计的系统性思维,师从系统性思维大师休·杜伯里(Hugh Dubberly)。想要了解更多请访问梁颖的个人网站:https://liangyingstudio.com 【前言】 我在华为做交互设计师的时候就很深刻的感受到交互设计师(或者说体验设计师)应该不仅仅是画线框图,应该有更加有效的方式来表达交互设计。之后我选择了位于美国硅谷的加州艺术学院(CCA)学习交互设计。每个人的一生当中都应该至少遇到一位自己的role model(榜样), 在CCA我遇到了一位让我非常钦佩的老师——Hugh Dubberly。 让我印象深刻的不仅仅是他的专业知识和学术知识,更加是他作为一名老师的人格魅力。 为了感谢他对我的设计项目上的指导和支持,我把我写的Systematic Modeling这本书邮寄了他一本。在回中国之前,有一次偶然的机会我去了他的公司找他,因为要回国了,我提议说:“能和您合张影么?但是出来的时候太匆忙了忘记带我写的书了,不知道之前寄给您的那本还在么?”他说:“当然啦。”然后就看见他从他的书架上拿下了我寄给他的那本书,甚至他还把我邮寄的信封上的地址等联系信息也仔细地剪下来夹在了书里面,然后他对我说:“You should sign on your book.”(你应该在你写的书上面签上你的名字) 我当时非常感动,他是那么珍惜和尊重一位学生的劳动成果,这就是图中这张照片的由来。回国之后,每当我对系统性思维方面有任何问题,我都会发邮件给他,他每次回的邮件的字数都至少是我写的邮件的两倍,他每次回答的都非常认真和详细。虽然我已经离开了CCA,虽然不在美国,甚至以后都不太可能跟他见面,没有任何的利益的关系,他还是会非常认真的回答在大洋彼岸的一位曾经的学生的问题。 在美国的这段学习经历,不单单是专业知识上面的探寻和塑造,更加是人格精神上面的锤炼的过程。期间有太多让我震撼、感动的事情。我发现,一名优秀的老师专业知识是很重要的一面,但是更加重要的是人格上面的高尚。 在这一系列的课程当中,我可能会讲述一些大家从来没有听到过的知识,贯穿其中的很多知识可能会上升到哲学的层面和精神层面,因为,真正的真理和亘古不变的道理是离不开哲学和神学的。还记得在CCA的第一年上的一门让大多数学生感到很头疼的课程——Media Matters, 里面涉及了非常多的哲学话题和神学话题,让我看到了许多以前在国内没看到的知识,也打开了我的脑洞。真正优秀的设计师就应该去思考这些问题!同时我会结合大家的工作场景,还有很多实际可触摸到的案例和练习让大家能有切身的感受。 这一系列的课程当中的很多的内容都是来源于Hugh […]
